How to add a new Sponsor

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Communication > Sponsors.

  3. If creating a new sponsor, click the (blue star) in the top right.

  4. General Sponsor Info

    1. Name: Add the sponsor name.

    2. Sponsor Logo: Upload the sponsor logo.

      Note: The logo should be a .png or .jpg. The recommended logo size is 200 x 200px (1:1).

    3. Link: Add the link users will be directed to if they click on the sponsor ad. This will be the default link for the sponsor.

    4. Category: Select the category the sponsor falls under.
      EX: Apparel, Food & Beverage, etc.

    5. Category Exclusive Sponsor: If enabled, the sponsor will be the only one shown for the category selected. All other sponsors that fall under the same category for the brand will be hidden.

    6. Global Sponsor: If enabled, the sponsor will show for the selected category for all brands.

    7. Global Sport Sponsor: If the sponsor is for a specific sport vertical, specify the vertical here.

    8. Brand Sponsor(s): If the sponsor is brand-specific, specify the brands here.

    9. Start Showing / Stop Showing: Add the date range for how long the sponsor will show for the brand(s).

How to post an Ad to the Club App

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Communication > Sponsors.

  3. Click the (blue star) next to the desired sponsor.

  4. Under the sub navigation, select Club App.

    1. Visibility: Enable whether you want the sponsor to be shown on the Club App.

    2. Ad Image: Upload the ad image here.
      Notes: Ad image will be required if Visibility is checked. The Ad Image for the Club App should be a .png or .jpg file, and should be sized 150 x 75px (2:1).

    3. Link: If the ad link is different than the sponsor link, add the link here.

    4. Click (blue star).

How to post an Ad to the Access App

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Communication > Sponsors.

  3. Click the (blue star) next to the desired sponsor.

  4. Under the sub navigation, select Access App.

    1. Visibility: Toggle whether you want the sponsor to be shown on the Events App.

    2. Ad Placement

      1. Event Homepage: If enabled, the ad will display on the landing page for the event.

      2. Division Schedule: If enabled, the ad will display within the list of games for the divisions within the event.

      3. Notifications: Ad will display within users' notification centers.

    3. Ad Image: Upload the ad image here.
      Notes: Ad image will be required if Visibility is checked. The Ad Image for the Events App should be a .png or .jpg file, and should be sized 640 x 100px.

    4. Link: If the ad link is different than the sponsor link, add the link here.

    5. Click (blue star).

How to post an Ad to the Web Footer

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Communication > Sponsors.

  3. Click the (blue star) next to the desired sponsor.

  4. Under the sub navigation, select Web Footer.

    1. Visibility: Toggle whether you want the sponsor to be shown in the Web Footer.

    2. Ad Image: Upload the ad image here.
      Notes: Ad image will be required if Visibility is checked. The Ad Image for the Web Footer should be a .png or .jpg file.

    3. Link: If the ad link is different than the sponsor link, add the link here.

    4. Click (blue star).

How to post an Ad to the Email Footer

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Communication > Sponsors.

  3. Click the (blue star) next to the desired sponsor.

  4. Under the sub navigation, select Email Footer.

    1. Visibility: Toggle whether you want the sponsor to be shown in the Email Footer.

    2. Ad Image: Upload the ad image here.
      Notes: Ad image will be required if Visibility is checked. The Ad Image for the Email Footer should be a .png or .jpg file.

    3. Link: If the ad link is different than the sponsor link, add the link here.

    4. Click (blue star).
