How to Add or Update a Photo for an Athlete

Note: Athlete Photos will not show on the app if the athlete is under the age of 13. However, if a photo is taken the image will populate on the backend.

1. Open the PF Access app. 

2. Press I have an event code. 

3. Enter the 10-digit code provided by an event director. 

   1. Format: XXX-XXX-XXXX 

4. Press the Game Tile that you will be keeping score for. 

5. Scroll down and press on the Team Tile to view their roster. 

6. Press on the Camera Button or Existing Photo of the athlete you want to add a photo for. 

7. Press Add New. 

8. Press Use Camera. 

9. Press Take Picture. 

10. Press either Keep Photo or, No Retake.
