How to Create your Event Access Codes (2)
Note: You must create a program before you can create an access code. If you have not created a program yet, see How to Create a Program.
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Schedule > Leagues & Tournaments.
Click the add button.
In the Create Tournament section, complete the following categories:
Type: Select From a Program.
Program: Select the program to create event access codes for.
Division: Select the existing divisions that will be used in the schedule creation process.
Note: If you are scheduling outside of PlayerFirst, selecting divisions will not affect this process.
First Day: Enter the first day of the event.
Last Day: Enter the last day of the event.
Click Create Event.
In the Tournament sub-navigation, the event access codes will be auto-generated.
Scorekeeper Code
This code will allow the user to enter and finalize scores into the app.
Referee Code
This code will allow the user to enter and finalize scores into the app.
Coaches Code
This code will allow college coaches to view player profiles, schedules, contact information, and an ability to take notes which can be exported at the end of the event.
Parking/Gate Attendant Code
This code will allow the user to scan parking/gate tickets.
Directors Code
This code will allow the user to view the scorekeeper and the parking/gate roles, all under a single code.
Note: Event staff can refer to these codes during the check-in process; the correct access code must be used during check-in (ex: Parking/Gate Attendant should use this code to check in customers).
