How to Find a User's Shop Item Invoice

  1. Sign in to the event hosts PlayerFirst website. 

  2. Click Sales > Invoices on the left navigation. 

  3. Use the search bar to search by their Order Number, Last Name, Athlete Full Name, Billing Full Name, Line Item, or Team. 

  4. Press Enter on your keyboard. 

  5. The invoices that match the search will load onto this page. Here you will be able to locate the invoice for the shop item purchased.
