How to Find a User's Shop Item Invoice

  1. Sign in to the event hosts PlayerFirst website. 

  2. Click Sales > Shop on the left navigation. 

  3. Select the Eye Icon corresponding to either the parent or child line of the purchased ticket.

  4. Use the Search Bar to search by their First, Last, or Full Name.

  5. Click the Order Link associated with the user's purchase to view their Invoice.

How to Resend a QR Code

Note: If a user loses the place of their QR code(s), you may follow these steps below to allow their entrance into the event.

  1. Sign in to the event hosts PlayerFirst website. 

  2. Click Sales > Shop on the left navigation. 

  3. Select the Eye Icon corresponding to either the parent or child line of the purchased ticket.

  4. Use the Search Bar to search by their First, Last, or Full Name.

  5. Click the Order Link associated with the user's purchase to view their Invoice.

  6. Click the Message Icon in the upper right corner. 

  7. Select the recipient and their email. 

  8. IMPORTANT: Select the invoice to send to the user under “Attach Invoices”. 

  9. Enter a message in the text box at the bottom of the page. This is the text that will be sent to the user. 

  10. Press Send.

How to Export the Shop Items Details

  1. Sign in to the event hosts PlayerFirst website. 

  2. Click Sales > Shop on the left navigation. 

  3. Select the Eye Icon corresponding to either the parent or child line of the purchased ticket.

  4. Click the Export Icon.

How to Scan a Credit Card

  1. Sign in to the Access App

  2. Select Shop from the bottom Menu

  3. Complete items informtion and click Save

  4. Click Credit/Debit Card and Scan Card

  5. Save Photo

  6. Verify your card information and click Save
