Pass Options

To Send Customers a Static QR Code…

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Site Settings > Site Settings.

  3. In the top menu, click the Orders tab.

  4. At the bottom of the page, you will see Pass Settings.

  5. Send Pass in Order Confirmation Receipt As…

    • Image (Default): Customers will be sent a static QR Code, that can be scanned.

  6. Also Send Pass in SMS: Enable to send a text to customers with their QR Code.

    • Customer must have a phone number on file in order to send.

To Send Customers a QR Code, with an Activation Timer…

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Site Settings > Site Settings.

  3. In the top menu, click the Orders tab.

  4. At the bottom of the page, you will see Pass Settings.

  5. Send Pass in Order Confirmation Receipt As…

    1. Web Link: Customers will be sent a link to access their QR Code.

  6. Include Pass Activation Timer: Enable to have a countdown timer begin when customers activate their pass.

  7. Timer Length in Minutes: The number of minutes a QR Code will be able to be scanned after a customer activates their pass.

    • This time will be displayed underneath the QR Code.

  8. Only Show Timer (Hide QR Code): Leave this field disbaled.

  9. Also Send Pass in SMS: Enable to send a text to customers with their QR Code.

    • Customer must have a phone number on file in order to send.

To Send Customers a Pass with an Activation Timer and No QR Code…

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Site Settings > Site Settings.

  3. In the top menu, click the Orders tab.

  4. At the bottom of the page, you will see Pass Settings.

  5. Send Pass in Order Confirmation Receipt As…

    1. Web Link: Customers will be sent a link to access their QR Code.

  6. Include Pass Activation Timer: Enable to have a countdown timer begin when customers activate their pass.

  7. Timer Length in Minutes: The number of minutes a QR Code will be able to be scanned after a customer activates their pass.

    • This time will be displayed underneath the QR Code.

  8. Only Show Timer (Hide QR Code): Enable this field if you want just a timer shown when the pass is activated, not a QR code.

    • Passes cannot be scanned if this is enabled.

  9. Also Send Pass in SMS: Enable to send a text to customers with their QR Code.

    • Customer must have a phone number on file in order to send.
