Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Site Settings > Site Settings.
In the top menu, click the Orders tab.
At the bottom of the page, you will see Pass Settings.
Send Pass in Order Confirmation Receipt As…
Image (Default): Customers will be sent a static QR Code, that can be scanned.
Also Send Pass in SMS: Enable to send a text to customers with their QR Code.
Customer must have a phone number on file in order to send.
To Send Customers a QR Code, with an Activation Timer…
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Site Settings > Site Settings.
In the top menu, click the Orders tab.
At the bottom of the page, you will see Pass Settings.
Send Pass in Order Confirmation Receipt As…
Web Link: Customers will be sent a link to access their QR Code.
Include Pass Activation Timer: Enable to have a countdown timer begin when customers activate their pass.
Timer Length in Minutes: The number of minutes a QR Code will be able to be scanned after a customer activates their pass.
This time will be displayed underneath the QR Code.
Only Show Timer (Hide QR Code): Leave this field disbaled.
Also Send Pass in SMS: Enable to send a text to customers with their QR Code.

Passes cannot be scanned if this is enabled.
