How to Change who Receives Program and Product Confirmation Emails for a Brand

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Site Settings > Site Settings.

  3. Click the Orders tab in the sub navigation.

  4. Program Registration Email Confirmation To: The email address entered here will receive an email anytime a program is registered for.

  5. Product Registration Email Confirmation To: The email address entered here will receive an email anytime a product is registered for.

  6. Post-Registration Payment Email Confirmation To: The email address entered here will receive an email every time a payment is made. This includes payments made on the backend and front end, for both new and scheduled payments. This does not include payments made during registration.

  7. Scheduled Payment Summary Recipients: The email address entered here will receive EOD report on scheduled payments.

  8. Click Save Settings.
