Ensure the Start Accepting Rosters date and time is live before sending a Roster Acceptance link, or athletes will not be able to accept their roster spot.
If an athlete is removed from a program and deleted via the invoice, and then added back via the Team Management page > Roster Management tab, their acceptance will default to undetermined.
