How to Create a College Coach Product in Shop

Note: College Coach Admission products may be scanned via the PlayerFirst Access app for gate entry, just like Parking or Gate products.

1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Shop.

3. Click .

4. Associated Program: Select the associated program, if applicable.

5. Number of Products: Enter number being created.

6. Category: Select College Coach Admission from the dropdown.

7. Click Create Products.

8. Name: Enter name of product.

9. Type: Enter the product type.

   1. Note: This can be selected from a previously created type, or a user can create a new type.

10. Price: Enter the cost each product.

11. Start Showing: Select the date and time the product will be visible for purchase.

12. Stop Showing: Select the date and time the product will be visible for purchase.

13. Time Zone: Select the time zone that should be used for the Start Showing time, Stop Showing time, Valid Use Starts time, and the Valid Use Ends time.

14. For Sale on Site: Click the green checkmark to display publicly or the red x to not display publicly.

15. Stock Method:

    1. Ignore Stock: Select this option if the product has unlimited stock.

    2. Sell Stock then Waitlist: Select this option if the product has a limited stock quantity and an available waitlist.

    3. Sell Stock Only: Select this option if the product has a limited stock quantity.

16. Available Stock: If the Stock Method was set to Sell Stock Only or Sell Stock then Waitlist, enter the available stock quantity.

17. Available Waitlist: If the Stock Method was set to Sell Stock then Waitlist, enter the available waitlist quantity.

18. Description: Type a description for your product.

19. Use Limit: Only applicable for Gate and Parking products.

    1. Single Use: Select this option if the product can only be used/scanned once per valid day.

    2. Multi Use: Select this option if the product can be used/scanned a set number of times per valid day.

    3. Unlimited Use: Select this option if the product can be used/scanned an unlimited number of times per valid day.

20. Multi Use Limit: If the Use Limit was set to Multi Use, enter the maximum number of uses per valid day.

21. Valid Use Starts: Select the date and time the product will start being valid for use/scanning.

22. Valid Use Ends: Select the date and time the product will no longer be valid for use/scanning.

23. Receipt Email Details: Any text entered here will appear on the purchaser’s email receipt.

24. Click Create Products.

25. The College Coach will now be able to select the product via Gate on the front end.

    1. Note: The product must be set to display publicly (green checkmark in Step 13)
