How to Limit Access to a Page Based on a User’s PlayerFirst Roles - PF Web Builder

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website, and go to the site’s homepage.

  2. On the homepage, you’ll see a navigation bar along the left side of the screen. Click the Menus button.

  3. On the Menus tab, use the search bar at the top of the tab to find the page that needs to be moved.

  4. Hover over the page, then click the Breadcrumb button. Click Limit to User(s).

  5. On the Limit to User(s) modal, search and select the roles that should be required in order to access the page.

    • A maximum of 10 roles can be selected.

  6. Click Save.
