How to Update a Payment Method on a Payment Plan

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Invoices.

  3. Use the search and filters to find the invoice.

  4. Click the invoice number to open the invoice.

If there is one payment left to be made on the plan…

  1. Click the Receive Payment button ($ sign button).

  2. Select the Type (Process Now), and select or add the new payment method.

  3. Add the correct dollar amount that needs to be paid.

If there is more than one payment left to be made on the plan…

  1. Delete all remaining scheduled payments on the invoice that need to be changed.

  2. Click the Schedule Payment button (calendar button).

  3. Select the Type (Schedule for Later), and select or add the new payment method.

  4. Add the correct dollar amount that needs to be paid.

  5. Add the First Payment Due date, the Number of Payments, and the Days Between Payments.
