• Registration Details (GWU-3396)

  • Update: In the sub navigation under Reporting, admin can add an email address to receive confirmation emails every time the program receives a registration.

Note: To send this notification to multiple email addresses, separate them with a comma.

Sales

• A/R Report (GWU-3722)

  • Previously: When exporting to excel, the Invoice Number column and the Name column were exporting as code.

  • Update: When exporting to excel, all columns are exporting correctly.

• Shop Page (GWU-3714)

  • Previously: When clicking the link button on the parent product, the link directs users to a page that required all of the child products to be purchased.

  • Update: When clicking the link button on the parent product, the link directs users to a page they can control what they are purchasing and how many.

  • Previously: While on the Sports table, the Email column was showing the first name of the coach instead of the email associated to the coach’s profile.

  • Update: While on the Sports table, all columns are showing the correct information.

  • Update: While updating an Athlete Recruiting Profile during registration, there is an option to check if the athlete has committed to a school. If checked, the user can enter the school’s name.

Sales

• Discount Codes (GWU-3694)

  • Update: Only users with the role “Admin” can create and edit discount codes within their corresponding sites. Users with the “Orders Admin” role can view the codes made.
