Note: Formerly known as a Pay Board, the Work Roster is where you add Payees to pay them for work completed.

  1. Sign in to Vensure.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program Details.

  3. In the Program search box, search for the program you want to create the work roster for and click into it.

  4. Click Add Work Roster to create a new work roster.

  5. Enter the required information listed below and click Proceed.

    1. Work Roster Name

    2. Work Roster Start Date

      1. Date must be the first day work began for that work period.

    3. Work Roster End Date

      1. Date must be the last day work began for that work period.

    4. Pay Agreement Type - a separate work roster needs to be created for each ICA type within the same program.

      1. Long Form ICA

        1. Typically used for seasonal contract coaches that are paid hourly or by team.

      2. Short Form ICA

        1. Typically used for all roles except seasonal contract coaches.

    5. Location(s) - option(s) displayed are from PlayerFirst API.

  6. Payees can be added to the work roster after it has been created - see Adding Payees to Work Roster.
