Note: Incomplete waivers most often occur when registration is completed by a company employee. Waivers must be completed in order for a customer to complete a registration.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Incomplete Waivers.

  3. You will see a list of users whose waivers have not been completed.

  4. Send a reminder email with a link to complete their waiver by selecting the checkbox next to the user(s) you want to send the reminder to.

  5. Click More Options (blue star) > Remind Selected.
