Note: Incomplete registration waivers most often occur when registration is completed by a company employee. Waivers must be completed in order for a customer to complete a registration.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Waiver Completion.

  3. Select Incomplete on Waiver State.

  4. To fine tune search, type First Name, Last Name and/or Program.

  5. Select if to Include Team Registrations.

  6. Select Yes, No or Either for Purchased Through PlayerFirst.

  7. Press the Filter button.

  8. If incomplete waivers found, send a reminder email with a link to complete their waiver by selecting the checkbox next to the user(s) you want to send the reminder to.

  9. Click (blue star) > Remind Selected.
