Program

  • Registration Details (GWU-3116)

    • Update: When creating a program, admin can now create a division link that is unique to every division within a program. This includes when it is not listed publicly.

Sales

  • Invoices (GWU-3271)

    • Update: When receiving a payment on an invoice, the “Method” dropdown selection for “External Credit Card” and “External ACH” was changed to “External Credit Card (PlayerFirst Admin Only)” and “External ACH (PlayerFirst Admin Only).”

BUGS

Access App

  • Parking (GWU-3607)

    • Previously: When purchasing a gate or parking ticket, a user will receive an email of a QR code that can be scanned in the Access App to allow entrance. The QR code that was sent in the email had the borders cut off on each side resulting in the QR code scanner not scanning.

    • Update: The QR code displays correctly without cutting off the corners.

Program

  • Registration Details (GWU-3470)

    • Previously: The Start and End columns on the Registration Details page included the date and the time. This also applied to the export for that page.

    • Update: The time from the Start and End columns on the Registration Details page and from the corresponding export to excel were removed.

Schedule

  • Add to Schedule (GWU-3406)

    • Previously: When scheduling events, selecting the same team multiple times will schedule duplicate events for that team.

    • Update: One event will be scheduled for each team no matter how many times that team has been selected.

Front-End

  • Login (GWU-3481)

    • Previously: Users attempting to reset their password through the Front-End are prompted to select between “Continue to Home” or “Reset Password Now” and both options lead to an error page.

    • Update: Users attempting to reset their password through the Front-End now can choose “Continue to Home” or “Reset Password Now” and be sent to the appropriate page without an error.

BUGS

Team Management

  • Team Management (GWU-3506)

    • Previously: When entering a team name and using an apostrophe, the apostrophe and all characters that follow it were removed when saving. This happens when saving one or multiple teams that are using an apostrophe.

    • Update: The team names with apostrophes are saved and displayed correctly.
