  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Waiver Completion

  3. Select Waiver State of Incomplete, Complete, or All.

  4. To fine-tune the search, type in any of the following fields…

    • First Name and Last Name: To search for the first and/or last name of the person

    • to whom the waiver belongs

    • Program: To search for waivers associated with a specific program.

    • Team: To search for waivers associated with a specific team.

  1. Select Yes, No, or Either for Purchased Through PlayerFirst.

  2. Press the Filter button.

  1. Under the Valid column, check for waiver completion

    1. A green check mark indicates a completed and valid waiver.

    2. Red x indicates an incomplete waiver.

  1. If there are incomplete waivers found, you may send a reminder email with a link to complete their waiver.

    1. Select the checkbox next to the user(s) you want to send the reminder to.
