  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Select program.

  4. Click Find your desired program and click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

  5. Click the Team Check-In tab.

  6. Maximum Team Roster Size: enter maximum number of athletes permitted on the roster.

  7. Click (blue star) .

    1. Note: If the Maximum Team Roster Size applies to ALL divisions, stop here.

    2. If the Maximum Team Roster Size does NOT apply to all divisions, proceed to Step 8.

  8. Click the Divisions tab.

  9. Select the division from the drop-down menu.

  10. In the Participants section, locate Maximum Team Roster Size: enter the maximum number of athletes permitted on the roster.

    1. Ex: The U8 division may only permit 12 players while a U18 division may permit 24 players.

  11. Click (blue star) .

  12. Repeat Steps 8-11 for any additional unique divisions.
