  1. Sign in to your PlayerFirst Club app.

  2. Select whether you are a Parent/Guardian or an Athlete.

  3. Select the profile you wish to access by pressing the profile tile.

  4. Press the Message Icon message icon on the bottom navigation.

  5. Press the grey box to the left of the search bar to select all of your messages.

  6. Press the File Storage Icon file storage icon to archive messages OR or the Envelope Icon envelope icon to open messages.

  7. Your message(s) will automatically be archived OR Openedor opened.

    1. NOTE: This process can take time, and you can monitor progress by swiping down to refresh the page.
