Sign in to your PlayerFirst Club Appapp.
Select whether you are a Parent/Guardian or an Athlete.
Select the three lines in the upper left corner profile you wish to access by pressing the menuprofile tile.
Select Switch Profile.
Select a Profile.
...
Press the profile name in the top right. A pop-up will allow you to select which profile you want to switch to.
