  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Shop.

  3. In the upper right corner, click (blue star) Plus Icon.

  4. Name: Enter name of item. (Required)

  5. Price: Enter price of item. (Required)Associated Program: Select the associated program, if applicable.

  6. Number of Products: Enter the number of products to be created.

  7. Category: Select from the dropdown menu.

    1. Apparel - Team Store: Uniforms or any gear specific to a club team.

    (Required)
  8. Product Type: Enter a new product type or select an existing one from the dropdown.

    1. Note: These are stored by brand.

  9. Click Create Product.

  10. Complete Item Details sections.

    1. Note: In the Identification section, the Associated Program is required to correlate the shop item with a specific program (only one permitted per shop item).

    2. Apparel - Brand Apparel: Generic branded apparel (tournament apparel, branded t-shirts, etc.).

    3. College Coach Admission: College Coach admission products.

    4. Gate: Gate entry products for events/programs.

    5. Other: Anything not specified in the categories provided.

    6. Parking: Parking products.

    7. Player Training: Products that involve player training.

    8. Recruiting: Products that involve player recruiting.

    9. Schedule Changes: Products that involve schedule changes.

    10. Video: Products that involve video.

  11. Click Create Products.

  12. Name: Enter the name of the product.

  13. Type: Enter the product type.

    1. Note: This can be selected from a previously created type, or a user can create a new type.

  14. Price: Enter the cost of each product.

  15. Start Showing: Select the date and time the product will be visible for purchase.

  16. Stop Showing: Select the date and time the product will be visible for purchase.

  17. Time Zone: Select the time zone that should be used for the Start Showing time, Stop Showing time, Valid Use Starts time, and the Valid Use Ends time.

  18. For Sale on Site: Click the green checkmark to display publicly or the red x to not display publicly.

  19. Stock Method:
    Note: If limiting availability, ensure Stock Method

    is set to Sell Stock Only and Available Stock

    has a set quantity (ex: 25).

    1. Ignore Stock: Select this option if the product has unlimited stock.

    2. Sell Stock then Waitlist: Select this option if the product has a limited stock quantity and an available waitlist.

    3. Sell Stock Only: Select this option if the product has a limited stock quantity.

  20. Available Stock: If the Stock Method was set to Sell Stock Only or Sell Stock then Waitlist, enter the available stock quantity.

  21. Available Waitlist: If the Stock Method was set to Sell Stock then Waitlist, enter the available waitlist quantity.

  22. Description: Type a description for your product.

  23. Use Limit: Only applicable for Gate and Parking products.

    1. Single Use: Select this option if the product can only be used/scanned once per valid day.

    2. Multi Use: Select this option if the product can be used/scanned a set number of times per valid day.

    3. Unlimited Use: Select this option if the product can be used/scanned an unlimited number of times per valid day.

  24. Multi Use Limit: If the Use Limit was set to Multi Use, enter the maximum number of uses per valid day.

  25. Valid Use Starts: Select the date and time the product will start being valid for use/scanning.

  26. Valid Use Ends: Select the date and time the product will no longer be valid for use/scanning.

  27. Receipt Email Details: Any text entered here will appear on the purchaser’s email receipt.

  28. Once complete, review and click Save ChangesClick Create Products.

  29. To view the newly added shop item, on the left navigation, click Sales > Shop Items .
