Complete a Simple Sign WaiverThe Simple SignCreate a Quick Waiver Webpage
The Quick Waiver allows for non-rostered players to sign a waiver, without requiring a login, on a PlayerFirst Brand website. This will be used primarily for event participation, where no rosters are uploaded to PlayerFirst.
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
Click PlayerFirst in the top right corner.
Click Home Page.
On the left panel, click Create New Page. This will create a new webpage, titled New FAQ. You may have to scroll to find the button, depending on the number of pages on the left panel.
Find and select New FAQ from the left panel.
Click the .
Update the webpage’s settings.
Is Live: Click the check box to make the webpage visible to the public. In this case, the public is anyone who does not have editing rights to pages like this.
Roles Required for Access: Leave blank.
Title: Title the page, “Quick Waiver”.
Group: Choose which area of the website you want the webpage to be found under.
Main: The webpage will be found on the top navigation of the website, to the left of the shopping cart icon.
Footer: Do not put this webpage in the footer.
Main: “Title“: The webpage will be found on the top navigation of the website, nested under the “Title” page.
Order: Assign a number for which this webpage will be ordered on the website with 1 being first. A best practice for nested pages is to assign the first page each nest an order value of 1, 10, 20, etc., with the nested pages receiving an order value between 2-9, 11-19, 21-22, etc.
Jumbo Image: Skip this step. Do not touch.
Body CSS Classes: Skip this step. Do not touch.
Alternate Link: Paste the following text, “/my/waiver/quick”.
Intro: This section will go away once text is pasted in the Alternative Link field.
Main Text Editor: Type the body of the webpage.
Click Save.

How to Complete a Quick Waiver
The Quick Waiver allows for non-rostered players to sign a waiver, without requiring a login, on a PlayerFirst Brand website. This will be used primarily for event participation, where no rosters are uploaded to PlayerFirst.
Click the Simple Sign Quick Waiver link or use the QR Code you have received.
Read over the Waiver documentation as well as the Code of Conduct and check I have read and agree with the above.
Fill in the required fields.
Click on the Complete Waiver button at the bottom right of the page.

How to Find a Waiver Status
Note: Incomplete registration waivers most often occur when registration is completed by a company employee. Waivers must be completed for a customer to complete a registration.
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Waiver Completion
Select Waiver State of Incomplete, Complete, or All.
To fine-tune the search, type in any of the following fields…
First Name and Last Name: To search for the first and/or last name of the person to whom the waiver belongs.
Program: To search for waivers associated with a specific program.
Team: To search for waivers associated with a specific team.
Select Yes, No, or Either for Purchased Through PlayerFirst.
Press the Filter button.
Under the Valid column, check for waiver completion.
A green check mark indicates a completed and valid waiver.
Red x indicates an incomplete waiver.
If there are incomplete waivers found, you may send a reminder email with a link to complete their waiver.
Select the checkbox next to the user(s) you want to send the reminder to.
Click the three dots > Remind Selected.

How to View a List of Users who have Incomplete Registration Waivers
Note: Incomplete registration waivers most often occur when registration is completed by a company employee. Waivers must be completed for a customer to complete a registration.
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Waiver Completion.
Select Incomplete on Waiver State.
To fine-tune the search, type in any of the following fields…
First Name and Last Name: Search for the first and/or last name of the person to whom the waiver belongs.
Program: To search for incomplete waivers associated with a specific program.
Team: To search for incomplete waivers associated with a specific team.
Select Yes, No, or Either for Purchased Through PlayerFirst.
