Note: Incomplete registration waivers most often occur when registration is completed by a company employee. Waivers must be completed in order for a customer to complete a registration.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program >

  1. Waiver Completion.

  2. Select Incomplete on Waiver State.

  3. To fine tune the search, type in any of the following fields…

    • First Name and Last Name: To search for the first and/or last name of the person who the waiver belongs to.

    • Program: To search for incomplete waivers associated with a specific program.

    • Team: To search for incomplete waivers associated with a specific team.

  4. Select Yes, No or Either for Purchased Through PlayerFirst.

  5. Press the Filter button.

  6. If there are incomplete waivers found, you may send a reminder email with a link to complete their waiver
