Setting registration Registration and financial budgets Financial Targets at the Program level is the simplest approach.
Enter a Program Target > Registration Target (ex: 100)
Program Target > Financial Target will auto calculate
For more exact information, budgets targets can be set at the Division level.
If entered at the Division level, the Program level detail will be overridden and recalculated.
It is not Not recommended to enter at the Division level unless the information is available for all Divisions.
If a Division has tryouts - with teams having different costs - an average cost of those teams is used to calculate the Division Financial Target.
If you decide to revert back to the Program level, all manually entered information must be cleared from the Division level first, and then you can re-enter a Program level Registration Target.

You can manually override Financial Targets at either the Program or Division level, with the same logic applying where Division entries will override Program entries.
