How to Use Bulk Registration

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Bulk Registration.

  3. Choose Billing Profile: Enter the user's name.

    • If the user is not available. Type their name, press Enter. An Invite New User modal will pop up.

    • Enter the following information:

      • First Name*

      • Last Name*

      • Email*

      • Phone*

    • Click Register User
      Note: This is for one customer for as many events as you want/signed up for.

  4. Inter-Brand: Check the box if the brand is another 3STEP brand.

    • Enter the following information:

      • Purchasing Brand*

      • Purchasing Sub-Brand

      • Purchasing Short Name

  5. Number of Teams: Enter the number of teams that will be registered.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Bulk Register Teams: Enter the team(s) details into the table.
    Note: To fill out multiple teams with the same information, click the boxes next to all that have the same information and then select the multiline edit button on the top right.

    1. Enter the following information.

      1. Team Contact*

      2. Team Contact Email*

      3. Team Contact Cell*

      4. Program ID*

      5. Division*

      6. Team Name*

      7. Team Home Town*

      8. Team Home State*

      9. Coach Name

      10. Coach Email*

      11. Coach Cell*
        Note: Coach Email and Coach Cell are required if Coach Name is set.

    2. If there is another team to add, click the Plus icon to add a new team.

  8. Click Next

  9. Bulk/Mass Register Teams: Fill in the required information.

    • If applicable, fill out Adjusted Amount, Adjustment Type, and Adjustment Sub-Type.
      Note: Required information is due to required waiver questions for the program.

  10. Click Next.

  11. Payment Plans: Select a payment plan that is associated with the program. If there is no payment plan created, click Next.

  12. Registration Summary: Review the following information.

    • Programs

    • Divisions

    • Team

    • Due at Checkout

    • Due Later

    • Payment Plan

    • Adjustment

  13. Click Finish.

  14. Once completed, the following actions will populate.

    • View Invoice

    • View Rosters

    • View Team Details

    • Edit Profile or Login

    • Start Over

How to Bulk Register via Import

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Bulk Registration.

  3. Choose Billing Profile: Enter the user's name.

    • If the user is not available. Type their name, press Enter. An Invite New User modal will pop up.

    • Enter the following information:

      • First Name*

      • Last Name*

      • Email*

      • Phone*

    • Click Register User
      Note: This is for one customer for as many events as you want/signed up for.

  4. Inter-Brand: Check the box if the brand is another 3STEP brand.

    • Enter the following information:

      • Purchasing Brand*

      • Purchasing Sub-Brand

      • Purchasing Short Name

  5. Number of Teams: Enter the number of teams you will be registering.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Create your bulk registration import file. Click here to download the upload template.

    2. Team Contact Email*

    3. Team Contact Cell*

    4. Program*
      Note: Program must be the Program ID listed on the Program > Registration Details table. Program Name will cause the import to report an error message.

    5. Division*

    6. Team Name*

    7. Team Home Town*

    8. Team Home State*

    9. Coach Email*

    10. Coach Cell*
      Note: Coach Email and Coach Cell are required if Coach Name is set.

  8. If there is another team to add, click the Plus icon to add a new team.

  9. Click the Upload Teams icon .

  10. Click Import CSV/XLS/XLSX.

  11. Find and select your bulk registration import file.

  12. Click Next.

  13. Payment Plans: Select a payment plan that is associated with the program. If there is no payment plan created, Click Next.

  14. Registration Summary: Review the following information.

    • Programs

    • Divisions

    • Team

    • Due at Checkout

    • Due Later

    • Payment Plan

    • Adjustment

  15. Click Finish.

  16. Once completed, the following actions will populate.

    • View Invoice

    • View Rosters

    • View Team Details

    • Edit Profile or Login

    • Start Over
