  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Invoices.

  3. Use the search and filters to find the invoice.

  4. Click the invoice number to open the invoice.

  5. If the invoice has been locked, it will not be able to be modified.

  6. To add an additional line item, a new invoice will need to be created.

  7. To create a new invoice, On the left navigation, click Sales > Invoices.

  8. In the upper right corner, click (blue star) .

  9. Client Type: Select Other.

  10. Contact: Type of the person the invoice is to be billed to and select corresponding username.

  11. Item Type: Select Other.

  12. Account Type: Select appropriate category.

  13. Program to Link: Skip this section.

  14. Name: Provide a title for the invoice.

  15. Cost Each: Input the amount to be charged per item.

  16. Quantity: Confirm “1” is showing. Otherwise, update to the correct quantity if there are multiples of the same item.

  17. Fiscal Year: Confirm the current year is displayed.

  18. Season: Skip this section.

  19. Click Add Item.

  20. The invoice will now be visible to the client; confirm everything on the invoice is correct.

  21. Admin Notes: Add a note with today’s date, a brief explanation of actions taken, and your full name.See How to Create an Invoice
