  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Click the Pencil Program icon next to your desired program.

  4. Click Registration in the sub navigation.

  5. A waitlist can be setup by date or by number of participants.

    1. Waitlist Registration After (Program Level Setting): Set the date and time for when all new registrations will be waitlisted.

    2. Divisions Tab > Under Participants, enter max number in Maximum Participants box.

      1. Once the max number is hit, a waitlist will be auto-created for additional registrantany additional registrants.

      2. Note: Maximum participant number can only be set on a per division level.

  6. Click Save Program.
