1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. On the left navigation, click Program > Waiver Completion

3. Select Waiver State of Incomplete, Complete or All.

4. To fine tune the search, type in any of the following fields…

   • First Name

   ,

   • and Last Name

   and/or

   • .

   • Program.

   Select if to Include

   • Team

   Registrations

   • .

5. Select Yes, No or Either for Purchased Through PlayerFirst.

6. Press the Filter button.

7. Check for waiver completion.

   1. Green check mark indicates a completed and valid waiver.

   2. Red x indicates an incomplete waiver.

8. If there are incomplete waivers found, you may send a reminder email with a link to complete their waiver by selecting .

   1. Select the checkbox next to the user(s) you want to send the reminder to.

   2. Click > Remind Selected.
