Waitlist Registrations at a Specific Date and Time

Note: This is a program level setting that outlines how to waitlist waitlists registrations at a specified date and time.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

  4. Click Registration in the sub navigation.

  5. Waitlist Registration After: Set the date and time when for all new registrations will be waitlisted.

  6. Click the Save icon.

  • This is a program level setting allows users to waitlist and stop registration based on the number of registrantsthat waitlists registrations after a set number of registrations.

  • Setting a Program Level program level registration limit means that regardless of the number of available divisions, once the program has taken the set number of registrations, all division divisions will begin waitlisting.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

  4. Click Registration in the sub navigation.

  5. Registration Limits: Select Register to limit, then Waitlist.

    1. This option lets the admin set a Set the maximum number of registrations that can occur in this program before for automatically waitlisting every registration past that maximum. After the entered maximum limit is hit, registrants will be waitlistedafter that.

  6. Available Registrations: Type the number of registrations available before all divisions within the program are marked as Sold Out or begin waitlisting. Set Available Registrations to 0 to make the program waitlist all future registrations immediately.

  7. Available Waitlist: Type the number of waitlist spots available before all divisions within the program are marked as sold out. Set Available Waitlist to 0 to all divisions within mark the program as Sold Out immediately.

  8. Click the Save icon.
