  1. Open the PF Access App.

  2. Gate Attendant selects I Have an Event Code.

  3. Gate Attendant will enter the 10-digit code.

    1. Note: codes are event-specific.

  4. Select either Start to Scan or Search by Name.

    1. Start to Scan: will access the device’s camera and will scan customer’s purchase confirmation on their mobile device or printed ticket.

    2. Search by Name: if the customer does not have the purchase confirmation on their mobile device or printed ticket, the Gate Attendant can enter their first and last name.

  5. A confirmation message will appear indicating the completion of the check-in with the ability to either Scan Next Code or Return to Home.
