Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Schedule > Add to Schedule.
What will you schedule?: Use the dropdown to choose the type of event you want to schedule.
Practice: Choosing practice allows you to create one or more of the same exact practice dates & times for one or more teams.
Game: Choosing game allows you to schedule one game at a time for a single team.
Other: Choosing other allows you to create one or more of the same other exact “other” event dates & times for one or more teams. You can also change the Title of the event from Other, to whatever you want it to be. E.g., film session, team dinner, etc.Teams to Schedule: If you chose Practice or Other, select Select the team(s) you want to schedule a practice for.
Team: If you chose Game, select the team you want to schedule a game for.Check the checkbox next to the field(s) you want to add availability to.
Next to Reserve for Brand, assign a Brand for this field availability.
Select the Date and Start and End times for the field availability.
If this availability is recurring, select Weekly.
If this availability is recurring, choose the days in which it recurs.
If this availability is recurring, choose the end date for the recurrence.
Click Review Dates, .
Title: If scheduling an “other” event, type out the name of this event here. E.g., film session, team dinner, etc.
Uniform: Type the uniform information that your team needs. E.g., wearing home or away jerseys, etc.
Arrival: If different for the event start time, type the time when athletes should arrive at the event location.
Other Notes: Use this section to type out any other notes your team might need to have about this event.
Ask Health Check: Skip this question.
Click Next.
Select your location:
Location Name: Type out and select the location of the event.
If the location search box doesn’t pull up your location, click Add Location to create a new location.
If the location is TBA (To be announced), check the Location TBA check box.
Select your field:
Field Name: Type out and select the field, court, etc. that your event will be played on.
If the field search box doesn’t pull up the field you need, click Add Field to create a new field.
Field Notes: Use this section to type out any field specific notes your team might need to know. E.g., the nearest parking lot location.
Time Zone: Choose the time zone where your event is taking place.
Show Publicly Starting: Set the date and time for when this event will be show publicly on the team’s schedule. Set a past date and time for the event to show publicly immediately.
Start: Input the start date and time for the event.
End: Input the end date and time for the event.
TBA: If the exact times for the event are TBA, click this check box and use the Start and End dates and times to input the earliest possible event start and latest possible event end.
Recurrence: If this event is recurring, select Weekly.
Recurrence Days: Choose the day(s) on which your event recurs.
Recurrent Range: Choose End Date.
End by Date: Input the last date for the event’s recurrence.
Exclude Date(s): Use this section to type out the dates that the recurrence should skip. Use the given format.
Click Review Dates and make whatever date specific changes you may need to.
Notifications: Use this section to send a notification about this event to your team(s).
Sender Profile: Use the dropdown to select your username. The notification email will read as being send by you.
Notify Players: Check the check box to send the notification email to your team’s athletes and parents.
Notify Parents: Check the check box to send the notification email to your team’s parents only.
Click Save.
