  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Shop Items.

  3. In the upper right corner, click (blue star) .

  4. Program: Select the associated program. (Required)

  5. Number of Products: Enter the number of products you are creating. (Required)

  6. Category: Select from the dropdown menu. (Required)

  7. Product Type: Enter a new product type or select an existing one from the dropdown.

    1. Note: These are stored by brand.

  8. Click Create Products.

  9. Complete the Item Details bulk edit table.

    1. Note: If limiting availability, ensure Stock Method > Sell Stock Only and Available Stock > # to be Sold (ex: 25) fields are completed correctly.

  10. Receipt Email Details: Any text entered here will appear on the purchaser’s email receipt.

  11. Once complete, review and click Create Products.

  12. To view the newly added shop item, on the left navigation, click Sales > Shop Items .
