1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Shop.

3. In the upper right corner, click .

4. Name: Enter name of itemProgram: Select the associated program. (Required)Price

5. Number of Products: Enter price of itemthe number of products you are creating. (Required)

6. Category: Select from the dropdown menu. (Required)

7. Product Type: Enter a new product type or select an existing one from the dropdown.

   1. Note: These are stored by brand.

8. Click Create ProductProducts.

9. Complete Item Details sections.

   Note: In the Identification section, the Associated Program is required to correlate the shop item with a specific program (only one permitted per shop item)

   the Item Details bulk edit table.

   1. Note: If limiting availability, ensure Stock Method > Sell Stock Only and Available Stock > # to be Sold (ex: 25) fields are completed correctly.

10. Receipt Email Details: Any text entered here will appear on the purchaser’s email receipt.

11. Once complete, review and click Save Changes Create Products.

12. To view the newly added shop item, on the left navigation, click Sales > Shop.
