Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Communication > Create Message.
Select the Type of Message You Are Sending and click Next.
Select the Groups that will Receive the Message and click Next.
Profile tags can include emails both associated to and not associated to PlayerFirst family accounts.
For emails within tags that do not have accounts associated to them, make sure to choose Non-Specified Contacts and Recently Imported Email Lists.
Select the box next to Profile Tags and click Next.
Select Tags to Include: select tags. Once all tags are selected, click Next.
Confirm # of recipients looks accurate.
Remove Recipients From Program(s): if not applicable, click next to skip to step 9.
Select Yes, I would like to select and remove specific groups of athletes and click Next.
Enter and select recipient(s) being removed. Once all are selected, click Next.
Select the box next to the recipient(s) being removed to confirm their removal. Click NextReview Confirm screen to ensure recipient list is accurate. Once confirmed, click Next.
Compose message and click Next.
Note: it is strongly recommended to Send Test Email to the composer’s email address to validate content and format prior to external distribution.
Preview email and either click Save For Later or Send Messages.
Note: a confirmation pop-up will ask the composer to confirm that they want to email the list. If the message has been validated and is ready for external distribution, click Yes to send.
